The singer and producer Javier Limon is presenting his personal and second album with title : "Son de limn". His new and conceptual work rooted this time in Jazz and cuban traditional music , this in the perfect symbiosis with flamenco.
"Son De Limon" is one of the most brillant, cosmopolitan, rooted and precious nowadays in Spain.
In his second album as leader "Son de limn", Javier Limn immerses in a variety of musics which have a lot of influence over him. He is involved in a band of exceptional musicians posibly the most important one in Spain.
This Band of Flamenco/Latin/Jazz is logically the result of a large number of muisicians particularly from Cuba that Spain has received with the flamenco community.
For the first time, we can see Javier Limn leading in an original band that's new to Spain. The particular melting point: flamenco-latin-jazz. So, guitar and flamenco percussion are melt in with piano and brass at the root of latin and training jazz accompanied to rhytmical section ( bass and battery) all that together.
The way that Javier Limn makes up his new compositions gives a lot of brights and colourful musics more diverse with a large possibilities to play with chord, sonority and style.
